I never get bored of Milton and hearing about his grandads, all 5000 of them.

Well what a lovely conversation that was. I must say though, it's a rare sight seeing Milton not looking like he was dragged through a hedge backwards!

Enjoyed this - Milton is very down to earth, as I discovered hosting him at Wicked Hathern Fest, we couldn’t persuade him to trouble us for anything and went and bought his own food and drink from the festival site (despite the option of a private green room) - possibly the most approachable and polite act we’ve ever had… and he smashed the comedy stage too! Top comedian, lovely fella 😃

I love it when Milton brings in his 3rd or 4th "other" grandfather in his bit.

Milton’s comedy is not just very funny, it’s also intelligent. His lighthouse keeper gag still makes me laugh.

Thanks, Rob and Milton! And Milton, may you never run out of grandfathers!

That was a fantastic watch. It’s very rare we get to see Milton Jones out of character. And Rob Brydon has a fantastic style of interviewing people. He makes it into a chat between two friends rather than “just another interview”.

I love it when Milton is on Mock the Week . He's so off the wall, and it's hilarious . He looks like the man on the film Airplane when he sniffs glue .

Milton Jones is a treasure. Just simple, clean humor that’s actually very funny. Talent that doesn’t have to rely on a gimmick.

After all the joy, laughter and intellectual delight that Milton has delivered over the years, I will put it out there that Milton is the comedian’s comedian.
Watch the incredulous laughs that he always gets from other comics on Mock The Week…. They are often in awe of his capacity to finagle a jest out of nowhere.

And please tour Australia (particularly Western Australia) again.

Thanks again for all the laughter.

It's a pleasure to see you interviewed by someone who genuinely likes you. Such a nice conversation. Makes me want to become friends with both of you.

Milton is one of these once in a generation geniuses or simply special. I'm not sure but what a legend.

Thank you for this. Milton is genuinely funny. Not acting. Just Milton. That’s how he makes you feel. Like a neighbor over for a chat.

Milton is a genius. He can say single sentence and crack an entire audience up.

Also: he'd make a fantastic actor. His timing is impeccable.

Rob Brydon's impersonations are so funny. 'I'm doing Ronnie Corbett' 😆

Great to see Milton Jones as himself, just for a change, he's very clever, very intense.

As he said about the violinist, Milton's very pared-down jokes give off that feeling of watching a master craftsman. You can tell he pays attention to every single syllable of his gags being just so - and then he produces so many of them he has to consider audience fatigue! Really amazing skill

I really enjoyed that. Rob is a good interviewer, and I think him having a lot in common with Milton just made it better. And I'm a big fan of Milton - I really like his approach to comedy, and the relentless series of one liners that leaves you grasping at the laugh for the current joke, while you're still processing the previous one. Not many comics stand out as different, but he does.

Two of my favourite brilliant comedians being honest and open with each other ( and us ). Good to hear how Milton works on his material. Wish I was that creative!

American fan of Milton Jones here. 😂 Mock the Week should continue solely to have Milton on to break up everyone else.
