As a person that plays their PS5 more than anything else currently available, I completely agree about the backwards compatibility issue. It's ridiculous. Can't even play any PS3 games on it. Even with PS Plus Premium. You can only stream them. WTF??

Man I remember back in 2011 being so excited for infamous 2. It was one of those games that if you had a ps3, you had to have. Same goes for killzone.

Why does Sony keep doing this?! Do they hate money?! A console that could play their old games on the game disc would print money. This company does nothing but make bad decisions, and then not even pretend to care when people are annoyed.

I mainly play on Xbox and I love the backwards compatibility! One thing really PISSED me off about PS. I never played Ape Escape back in the day and during covid I really got to see what I was missing. And I bought the first game…and I can’t the other two. One is locked behind PS+ with no option to buy! And the other isn’t available at all (I think because sony let someone else publish it at the time for some reason so it’s a little tricky but still) at least if I have the disc let me use it! Xbox does so why not PlayStation?!

Wait until the Xbox Series S gets jailbroken and see Xbox get better Playstation backwards compatibility than Playstation itself
