Rani Tarabai was daughter of Sarsenapati hambirrao mohite, the general of Shivray. Also daughter in law of Chatrapati himself.
After martyrdom of 2nd Chatrapati Sambhuraje she fought against invading Aurangzeb and made sure he died in this land before he captured her kingdom.

Matter of fact as far as Ma Sita and Draupadi in those times women were quite able to go to war. They were well trained but it was our society respected women that didn’t wanted them to go on war. Also another main reason is in those days Kshatriya men were not allowed to take help from women in war otherwise they were stigmatised that they’re not brave and strong enough.
