I used to go to S'mac (Sarita's) for years after high school. So many good memories. My faves from there are the Mediterranean and buffalo chicken.

Here is a recipe for the best homemade mac & cheese

1 boil water
2 put in pasta of your choice, I like the rainbow twirly ones
3 to make the sauce first put in some butter
4 add some flour
5 milk (about one cup)
6 CHEESE (as much as you like)
7 a pinch of salt, put more if needed
8 a little bit of nutmeg
9 mix with pasta
10 put on shredded cheese
11 (optional) bread crumbs
12 bake for about 15-20 minutes
13 enjoy
