u dont need to count the DS 7-3 coins from the star for the same reason u dont count gold marios coins bcoz if u dont get the star the coins dont spawn

Cosmic hoppos is possible with 1 person becouse you don't need to jump on the hoppo to get to space. It's possible with the bubble power up and the right badge to get that high aswell
