Might have to snag the last Good Rule at my local Mitre 10, I already have one, but another is better right? You're right, they are perfect for pretty much everything. I never liked the metre length rules, too long and cumbersome for my pinny, but this one slots perfect into one of the pouches. Anything longer than that and I break out the tape anyway.

Gutted. Just bought a 1 metre folding ruler today as snapped my other one. Wish I’d watched this vid yesterday. Maybe I’ll just go and get one anyway

Why do you even need a ruler? I use my tape measure in a speed square? That's just another tool that I'll never use
