President Zelensky Seeks Support from EU Leaders to "Stop" Russia-Ukraine War

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has presented his 'Victory Plan' to defeat the warring Russia in front of the members of European Union at EU-Gulf Cooperation Council (EU-GCC). While discussing the plan, he shared five key aspects of plan namely: Ukraine’s entry into NATO, increase in its defence capabilities, deterrence to new aggression from Russia, economic growth and security architecture once the current war is over.

The document also includes three classified items, which Zelensky has already anticipated to international allies in recent weeks—US President Joe Biden and the two candidates for next month’s elections, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
