i LOVE your safety first approach, and precautions. I watched several videos on this today and none really had your pre- emphasis on electrical and water temperature safety, and your tips on that. 140 degree water can give you 2nd and third degree burns very fast, 150 is even faster and worse. i wouldn't go above 130, and even that, only if there are no kids using the water at all. that is scalding hot.

120 degrees normal, test with thermometer at faucet a while after adjusting.

Please note direction to turn screw to raise temp. Also indicate that you correctly relabeled breaker box switches. good point to assume appliance is still receiving power
