Great explanation..! Kanban's beauty is that it allows you to display your results, making processing simpler. While I do think Restyaboard is a great tool for this.

Whenever you speak about swim lanes in our videos you represent them as columns instead of rows, they are rows not columns. Someone pointed this out on another video of yours and 11 months later the video contains the same mistake. Hope you fix it as it is very misleading. Good luck and cheers for the videos.

Very helpful. Mike, do you have any videos on introducing PM concepts to a team that doesn't have much PM experience? I work in HR and notice that we don't have a systematic way to approach projects. My org seems to only use PM for IT, but I think there's value in it for other departments. The problem is that I don't know where to start; the concepts are new, the vocabulary is new, and it's hard aligning our work with the phases of PM. Any tips?
