None of those tasks are User Stories. A story should describe a user's single need. Tasks are created by the dev team to accomplish that need.

This video does not mention Work in Progress limits, which is CORE concept and what makes Kanban really work. Huge downvote for that.

sounds like more bureaucracy and a way of management deciding who to cull in the next round of cuts in case someone is not doing enough "stories". I could be doing a complicated API story wheras someone else is doing small stories so they look better. ssentially, who can this show if a task is more complicated verses another?

This might be a great organization system but calling it a kanban system is a stretch and actually misleading
