The new Eau Sauvage Parfum version is the way to go. I bought on the spot for retail when I tried it. Super masculine, versatile, clean and natural smelling

Eau Sauvage is for when you older and more mature. Sauvage is perfectly fine for guys in their 20’s. Don’t let frag snobs tell you different. It’s not as classy and it’s a little boring, but it’s perfectly fine especially in your 20s.

#1 reason? Eau Sauvage EDT is a classic masterpiece created in an era where the perfumer (Edmund Rudnitska in this case) spent a long time creating a single artistic expression designed to be a signature scent for life. Simply, it's better perfumery.

I much prefer Eau Sauvage Parfum. It’s more wearable in England where it’s rarely hot. Regular Eau Sauvage is unbeatable in the summer though.

Bought my first bottle today thanks to your influence to appreciate more classic men’s perfumery. This is my first, cautious [obviously] foray into to less mass appealing fragrances. My gf and a few other ladies absolutely love it too when I was wearing the tester. Much more than the other eau Sauvage range which I will be getting at a later stage. I find Sauvage EDT headache enduring. The EDP isn’t too bad it’s just boring.

Sauvage EDT has been played out for years now. If you gotta have it at least get Elixir. At least that one isn't common because it's so expensive and not for everyone.

Which version of Eau Sauvage would you suggest for everyday use?

Love Eau Savage which I have been using on and off since the mid 70s but the last bottle I bought directly from Dior doesn’t last on me for more than 1 hours or so.
