AI doesn't have a conscience and the thought of even trying to add some kind of moral judgment to an AI sounds like a recipe for a sci-fi novel. These outcomes should be completely expected and can't be defended against. The onus is on the company creating the AI to then take that reality and decide that maybe it's not a good idea to make it available to children.
