For those unaware, Discord updated their commands to make things more universal, so the command is no longer +welcomer test, the command is now /welcomer test

problem: for some reason, my server didn't show up on the dashboard. so i did 'welcomer text' in discord, clicked the link, and it says 'You do not have permission to view the dashboard of this server.' what is even causing this?
