My input as only US30 trader:

wow. I never agreed with someone this much before. I could relate to all about how trading one pair makes you develop your 6th sense. The day I removed all pairs and kept only one was my drastic point of change. Most people dont realize that each pair are representing 2 separate economies, which mean every economy move differently to the other. When you focus on 1 pair, you will understand how the price moves in these economies, also when the market recycles infront of you, you get the luxury of witnessing different scenarios happening and..history repeat's itself

A very great video, I was facing so many issues trading multiple pairs i.e Gold, GBP/AUD, GBP/USD, GBP/JPY... But I got it streamlined to just Gold and for the past 3 months I've gotten better experience focusing on just one pair that I've been able to predict big moves on it compared to trading so many pairs that devastated my account

However Pro and cons to have only one pair .
With a basket of 5pairs ( for example) you can filter and look for your best, cleanest, high prob. setup of the day within all pairs . With only one pair you can fall into the trap to force the setup, to overanalyzing in order to find the setup that maybe is not available in reality, will increase the risk to take poor setup while other pair offer better, and easier, high probability setups .

Trading is like hunting, you hunt what is the most favourable opportunity will be in order to succeed, so why don't have more pairs

I used to want to trade every single pair in fear of missing out a trade. Recently I've changed into max of 4 pairs. Wanting to trade every pair all it does is fog up your brain and make you confused. You have to learn to be patient and be physiologically ready.
