Based on what I understand from this video, we use a binomial distribution with parameter p = 0.50 because the position of Mo separates our data into half, so when we find the differences, we will get two values, which are the -ve and +ve signs. From that, we will expect that the probability of getting that will be 0.50. Is it correct, Dr.?

Because of the characteristics of the binomial distribution, the probability of interest is 0.5.
