How to Sync Your System Clock with Atomic Time [Root Required]

In this video, I'll be showing you how to fix clock-syncing issues on Android by synchronizing with atomic time from international servers instead of using your carrier's time service.

This app (ClockSync) has been around for a while, but it recently got a huge compatibility update for newer Android versions, so it's worth a revisit if you've already seen it. Instead of dealing with buggy carrier-provided time that gets out of sync, this lets you sync with atomic time via the internet, so your clock will always be exactly right as long as you have any type of internet connection, even Wi-Fi.

Yeah I am not rooting my phone. I have learned that the only time my phone syncs with the cell tower is when I reboot the phone. When it starts up, it is set perfectly with NIST's atomic time. However, over time it drifts and will be off by a number of seconds within a couple weeks. So the only solution I have found to keeping accurate time is to reboot my phone about once a week.

this video is an ad not a trouble shooting tutorial theirs easier ways to fix a phone that's having clock sync issues than installing an app that you don't need.

Need instructions on how to use Rootless mode. So far I haven't been able to get Last sync: never message to go away.
The help pages mention pressing a sync button, but I don't see no sync button! Now my phone beeps at the top of every minute and I can not turn that off!

Google does not allow time to automatically sync with external time bases. One can manually sync it--rootless mode--which works fine for WSPR applications as long as your android is within a one-second of the atomic clock. With a little practice, one develops a calibrated finger with which to set the time.

Great video I am having a problem with a site accepting my Authy 2 FA I access site on laptop and 2FA on phone will this help solve my problem? I already did sync in Authy 2FA app settings to no avail?
