quick tip i learned in army, when u wake up put the cover half of it on the end side of the bed so your sheets may have a breather then open the window and later on when you leaving the house just make the bed.

I wake up at 6:30, i do workout almost every morning, last but not least I pray every day God, because it saved my life especially with a dangerous person 2 years ago ... I can't forget that. The integrity of our spirit is priceless and our inner peace must be our priority. We must go on, despite the difficulties of our life. But God will always be by our side if we can accept this.
