Use summation properties and formulas to evaluate the sum, Sum_(j=1)^26 ( j^2 + 7j )

We're going to use some summation formulas to add up a bunch of powers of numbers. There was some work done in this field by Johann Faulhaber, a long lost relative of mine. So basically, I'm famous.
