.NET MAUI Preview 3 Update: Windows and Lifecycle Events

.NET 6 Preview 3 is out and that means we have some new .NET MAUI bits to play with. Mostly it's more controls and layouts that are implemented, but we now also have Windows desktop support, lifecycle events and more! Let me walk you through all the good stuff in this video.

How it is related to Xamarin? Will Xamarin be killed or will be supported for longer time? I see that all Xamarin project must be rewrited to use MAUI isn't it ?

Hey Gerald thanks a lot for this great video, I come from the WPF world, how much change should I expect when transitioning? (I also do asp.net core so I can see there are common implementations). Maybe you could do some tech upgrade when this is stable? Thanks again

It's just xamarin forms....you ll get all the performance issues and bugs, I'm not that excited about support for desktop apps as you can only target the latest version of win10 and macos and we all know people dont update.
