Intermediate semester students will be promoted one the basis of internal marks because supreme courts full order it is written that guidenlines of UGC are mandatory and not advisory which means that all university(jntuh osmania) affliated college have to follow that to its written in supreme courts order so now jntuh cannot defy it for final year students best of luck
