The Supreme Court of the United States hears about 80 cases a year, just 1% of the requests it receives. But how does a case end up at the Supreme Court? Judge Douglas Ginsburg of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals expounds on the journey of a court case, from a trial court to the "Highest Court in the Land."

As always, the Federalist Society takes no position on particular legal or public policy issues; all expressions of opinion are those of the speaker.

dont like seeing my neighbors end up in court over toxic females playing the victim. people should learn their boundaries and stay away from people unless they would like to prove themselves in court. court is the only place you can "prove" yourself at. and be the man with recognition theyve never gotten from "daddy" and "mommy"
