ah yes this would be helpful for my Yoga practice, if he made tutorials that'd be great. i really need to work on my hamstring and lower back flexibility

Id love to see a tutorial on how to increase shoulder flexibility! Ive been stretching for a year now, but my shoulders are still really tight. Ive tried everything from deep tissue massage, ropes, yoga, to doing a bridge while my friend lifts me up to open my shoulders. Ive gotten better, but my shoulders make it so I have to work super hard on all of my tumbling just to land. any tips you guys have too would be awesome!

with bboying im relaxed with form because that is the style. im sure you wouldnt tell a free runner his flips are not perfect form. im doing street shows and not hitting up a gymnastics floor. Im out there having a good time and i push out a decent number of shows a day doing more simple movements to entertain. im on here to help and provide what i can. my abilities exceed what you see here

I was able to hold my foot behind my neck,
couldn't leave it there tho.

To everyone saying he looks weak. Flexibility gives you LEAN muscle mass. He has muscle but he's just so flexible it's hard to notice.

I have no doubt, but still, "perfect form" is called perfect not only because it looks better, but also because it's the best way to go - technically and safety-wise. Notice that the world's best freeruners and trickers have great forms, most due to their extensive gymnastics backgrounds.
I never said you're not good, or that you can't perform amazing feats, but trying to show off flexibly skills with your knees all bent seems a bit strange to me.
