Only with the recovery mode I could start mine. I just backed out without resetting anything and it booted up without any issue. Thank you for the guide :)

When i try to power on my psp it pnly shows me black screen and the sounds are hear able but nothing is shown on the display i have psp model 1001 (1000)

1:33 I did try that But It didn't work. I found out that It was also the Home button (Playstation Symbol button on 3000 Model.. It's not 4 button combination, It's 5 for other models. It's because you are using a 1000 model (First Model)

For the 3000 or others. You have to also hold down Home button, Select, start, Triangle and square. Then turn it on.
I actually tested it and It worked for my model. All your missing is the Home button.

I had just bought a new battery and charger and it wasn't working 😠
Then I wiggled the charging pin a little and now it is 😂

Hi, I recently bought a PSP Go at a good price, but the device hasn't arrived yet—I've only seen the seller's test video.
In the video, the screen goes black after a short while, but the device still seems responsive; the sound continues to play, for example.
It’s said to have CFW (Custom Firmware) installed, but the version is unknown. When the device is turned off and on again, the screen works temporarily, but the same issue happens again after some time.
Could this be a software issue related to the CFW, or is it more likely to be a hardware problem?

Psp isn't modded so I don't have recovery mode. It turns off and won't turn on if a sd is in. It works just fine if there isn't one

I have a modded psp 3000 and I’ve had a similar issues, the lighting of the battery would go green indicating that it’s turning on but would turn off afterwards, not sure if it’s the battery or if the motherboard has any issues but if anyone has any say let me know

My PSP 3000 works fine, but every time I turn off the screen, it shows a black screen when I turn it on again. I have to use the button combination of L + Home to power it back on each time. Sometimes it turns on instantly, but other times it forces me to go through the date-setting process. I have tried recovering it, but nothing has changed. What else can I do?
