After doing this exercise for about half a year, my posture signficantly improved!
I have tried all sorts of posture exercise such as chin tucks and shoulder blades exercises but this exercise helped me the most, it always helps me sit upright somehow!

So now we have the stomach vacuum exercise sitting down and with a "twist". 😉 I knew it was coming after the last sit down video on stomach exercises. Enjoy...sitting down, standing up and even laying down. It works.

This is similar to the twisting abdominal vacuum that I already do & have noticed major changes, not only aesthetically but also with my posture. Thank you for the great information!!

I have watched countless videos about how to do "vacuums, " but have never, until now, been able to understand the process or feel the effect. And * no one* has suggested doing it sitting down! Now, I feel it. In fact, I had to quit before the last set. Thank you so much!🙏❤
