Peach and Steak Salad

Grilled fresh local peaches basted with melted butter, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Charred green onions seasoned with olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper. Skirt steak from @meatwithme marinated in @mamaschimichurricanada Hot Chimichurri and seared on the Kamado Joe at 600f about 3 mins a side. Built the salad starting with arugula, red onions, red and yellow tomatoes, sliced skirt steak, grilled peaches, jalapeños, avocado, cooked bacon, charred green onions, goat cheese and finished with a homemade peach vinaigrette dressing.
