In july 1980 in Dryden, Ontario, I stepped out of my vehicle, baseball glove in hand and caught a dozen of this size hail. I got bored and got back into my truck and continued driving west. They were coming down in a 10ft grid pattern, easy to catch an incoming.

no doubt from looking at the large hail, much of which is just fused small hail grouped together that the cloud seeding isn't helping!

And now you get to see the true colours of all insurance companies, I feel sorry for all those that have put a claim in previously to this hail storm because you will probably be dropped by your current insurance company when your policy renews. Near impossible to get coverage after it.
