Top 10 Reasons the Universe is Electric #7: Charged Planets (Outer Solar System) | Space News

In this series, we have presented evidence for a dramatically new way of viewing all celestial bodies. Today, we shift our focus to the outer solar system, where the tremendous electrified environments of the gas giants Saturn and Jupiter are the 7th of 10 reasons why the Universe is Electric.

I also love the bullet point: "Some huge planets are in tight orbits that defy our current laws of planets". Laws can't be "current" (that is, temporary), and once observational data break your 'laws', guess what? It means they were never laws in the first place. Which shows the bankruptcy of post-World War II astrophysics -- they came up with "laws" about planetary formation that have been shown to be merely hypotheses in the light of evidence. How could these 'wise men' proclaim they were "laws" in the first place?!

i saw a picture in my mind, when i was a kid, .. solar systems ARE atoms...molecules..and atoms ARE solar systems..at their resolution. universe being electric, makes those planets and stars, comets, asteroids.. interactions, look like chemistry. and it's all happening in plasma! that's like biochemistry.
