This level looks awesome!
There're some little advice I want to say. Maybe Lakitu judge can only appear after Mario riding on the dolphin before the race begins? And millisecond can be displayed on the timer to make the race looks more tensing and exciting.

The now changed cutscene where goombooter gets hit by a blue shell and everyone is shocked is funnier, I like that change

Perhaps the dolphin could be smoother on land similar to the planks, it would help remove the disrupted flow from this kind of level where you would most likely want a smooth sail to reward players for playing flawlessly.

idk if you've already finalized this level for the demo, but it would be nice if you added decimal to the time counter, 3 digits like the time trials are :)
