So many YouTube story tellers, but MrBallen is BY FAR the best

I'm really glad nothing happened to those boys mom when she went outside in the middle of the night to search for the guy. That was really dangerous for her to do.

Anyone else just randomly found MrBallen one day and now watches every one of his videos?

Yep, he is so good at telling stories memory. This is how I tell a story when I'm speaking about something I experienced or witnessed. This dude tells other peoples stories with such detail, as if he was there. Never a pause or stutter, he has such enthusiasm, and a likeability. Truly doing what he is meant to do. He pulls you in and doesn't let you go until he's done. Outstanding story teller.

Tyler and Will's story reminds me to always listen carefully to kids. You can tell when they're making up stories vs them telling the truth.

Isaiah’s story is so heartbreaking. Prime example of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

MrBallen’s kids: “Dad can you tell us a bedtime story before you leave?”
MrBallen: “If you’re a fan of the strange dark & mysterious told in story format-”
Kids: ”DAD NO”

Hand gestures, proper intonation and timing for every mood or visual to verbal expression, vocal control and proper punctuations, this man is a professional public speaker!

The diagrams of the house and the path the main character took really helped explain the story better. Those are a nice addition

this man doesnt need any over the top editing, all he needs is a green screen and his story telling abilities for his videos, best story teller ive ever seen.

The first story was really heartbreaking, imagine how the friend felt when he realized. Thanks for the narration MrBallen all the way from Kenya 🇰🇪

That second story struck home. I had a similar incident where I thought I heard something horrible happening when I was around 7-8. I've always had super human level hearing. I can even hear dog whistles. We lived in an upper middle-class suburban neighborhood in Northern Virginia. I woke up in the middle of the night hearing a woman screaming bloody murder for help. I ran down the hallway and woke up my mom to tell her. She comforted me, told me it was probably a nightmare because no one else heard anything, and I went back to bed. I was visiting home during a break at college one year when she finally told me the truth. She called the police after she sent me to bed that night and insisted they come search within the next two streets from us because she knew how good my hearing was. She called back multiple times to check up on her report. The police arrived at a house 2 streets down from us and saved a woman from her husband who had been attacking her with a hatchet. She'd managed to lock herself in their bathroom, and they said she'd have died from blood loss if they'd arrived any later. My hearing and my mom's instincts saved her life. We were the only house that called in her screams. No one else reported hearing them.

Unknowingly taking pictures of your deceased friend due to a freak accident is really one of the sadder stories you've told

as a kenyan, i've always heard isaiah's story told as a cautionary tale about walking in public with headphones on but i've never known the whole story behind it. and wow it was so heartbreaking :(

I'm still waiting for the April Fool's Day video where he just tells a story of two people that just live normal happy lives and nothing tragic happens.

Seeing a moose in person without knowing they exist would be frightening, they grow up to like 7 ft tall with antlers that can also grow like 6 ft in width. Imagine something as big as the car you’re driving just dart into the road from the woods 😂

Isaiah was such a kind person, so sad that he was in the wrong spot at the wrong time, it's such a one in a trillion chance of happening type of scenario... Everyone liked him, always positive and made people laugh.

For the 3rd story, I have to say Simone's story is extremely terrifying. Outside, her head was being eaten by this fox, and in her dreams, it was like she was going through some biblical story. Absolutely insane.

I'm binge watching his stories, starting from 3 years back. His way of story telling is very unique.
