#1 - The bassist - she KILLED it, never missed once. A very close #2 - the drummer - on such a minimal kit he owned it, no showing off, just pure skill. And an even closer #3 - the vocalist - made it his own because he had to and absolutely convinced me. Fantastic performance by all.

Serious tool fan here, and damn guys, you nailed this so hard. Sure, technically it's not a 100 percent, but tool fans are looking for more than technical prowess. They don't want a perfect copy of the original, they are looking for a cover that captures the 'elan' of the original. This did it, perfectly.

I didn't see any props or kudos in the comments for the guys behind the sounds. the producer, the engineer or anyone in the control room. I've listened to this over and over in my noise canceling headphones and the sound is FUCKING INCREDIBLE!!!
SO HERE'S TO YOU SOUND GUYS!!! You deserve just as much credit and glory for the OUTSTANDING work you did in the control room. i spent 5 years in the studio with my brother in law. i know how much work it is to get the sound you want. it's an art, and engineers never get the credit they deserve! Long time Tool fan (I’m 40 😂) I was completely blown away by these talented young musicians. I tend to tear apart and critique the crap out of musical talent that covers songs, especially from a band like Tool. You guys killed it! Absolutely amazing work!
