Macy’s Cardholders (Platinum, Gold and Silver members)
2. Sign in to your Macy’s account.
3. Select My Account tab.
4. Select Star Rewards.
5. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag.
6. Proceed to checkout and select the number of points you would like to redeem.
7. Place an order to finalize your process.

Members without Macy’s card (Bronze members)
1. You must be signed in to your Macy’s account.
2. Have your membership linked to your Star money.
3. Go to My Account and select Star Rewards.
4. Provide the phone number that you used for your Star rewards membership.
5. Add items you wish to purchase to your cart.
6. Proceed to checkout.
7. The available Star rewards will be applied at checkout.
8. Place an order to complete your transaction.
