Bloomingdales, Macy's sister store, has offered free 2nd Day UPS shipping to it's cardholders for many years. Same company.

I'm a bronze member and I earn $30 dollars in Macy's Rewards and I simply love it.

I used to shop Macy's online all the time until there was a "computer glitch" that stopped me from using my Macy's credit card.  I cancelled it and then they start this new program.  I would have already been Platinum.  I am very upset and will probably continue to shop at Bloomies and Lord &Taylor.  I had been a Macy's account holder since 1994.  Very sad end to what was a good shopping relationship.  Bloomies has good sales and rewards program too!

i was platinum status at Macy*s until they came up with Last Act. That is the worst marketing idea ever. If I can't use my discounts on the clearance items like I used to what is the point in using my card and shopping there at all? Leverage lost. I have also watched my stock tank as I no longer had faith in Macy's as a shopper or investor. I am hoping this is all changing. The merchandise is superb, but I can find nice clothes at any given department store. I loved Macy's for the deals. I'm willing to give it another try.

The Star Rewards should never have been changed in 2013; those changes made me stop using my Macys card. Glad to see the new changes. Will Gold Star Rewards members get a new gold card or only Platinum members get a non-red card?

Kohls is better! I know the quality of clothes at macys is higher but so is the price tag. At Kohls easy rewards program 5% of your entire purchase plus Kohls cash. Sometimes they have rebates on household items, when you do the math you pay cents for the item. Shop Kohls! :)

There needs to be an EASY way to see how much one spent during the rewards year, so that one knows how much more to spend to obtain the next level. Currently, it is rather tedious to go through each month.

As long as you use your Macys card. If you don't, or you want to use (gasp) cash, evidently Macys doesn't really value your business quite as much.
