Something I didn't realize about the cape until I was watching this and trying it out was how your are just moving really fast while invisible. Some teleports once they get the direction are locked that way, but for dimensional cape you go back and forth in that short window and even make weird curves. You can appear in any place in a decently sized circle moving all sorts of directions. It's very wild.
