I'm right there with you!! 😄 I actually stopped making New Year's Resolutions a couple of years ago! 😉I found I was getting more upset from not being successful with the resolutions -- then feeling energized. Instead I try to begin each new year as upbeat as I can -- and begin each day fresh and ready to do the best I can!!! Happy New Year's Holderness Family!!!

We don't really make resolutions around here, but our gym is offering a new HIIT class that I have been hitting hard and loving called Les Mills GRIT. So workouts are great. Food choices, eh...not so much. Working on it!

in having a hard time getting moving also. I re joined my gym, so I can swim Cruz its raining and snowing where I am currently.. but I have made it to pool 2 times. Cruz rain was so bad... cheat day? Kim you are so funny. I want to lose 25 lbs. yes I have never been overweight, been very active. and fit etc. but Aug 12, 2016, I fell, so I am re-cooperating.... so I have Dr appointments this week and hopefully do something tomorrow or the weekend? prayers appreciated!!!😄💝😎🐸
