I didnt get to open mine.... my pitbull did for me and chewed it a little bit and it still worked perfect to this day bought it 8 years ago or so

Great video - thank you - I have a question -
I have a Seagate external unit programmed for an automatic nightly back up.
Mid-day, not during a back up session, I needed to retrieve a file from the Seagate unit & I successfully did so but forgot to close out of the session.
Will the automatic programmed nightly back up still occur or does the Seagate need to be in an idle state ?

Hi, can you use it just for backing up your system, backing up your home directory or system, im new to this on Linux for example, for backing up, on linux there is Backup tool or Timeshift, or is it just for files? Thank you
