The capacity is when it is new and never changes. It does NOT indicate the current degraded health on an older battery.

That’s not correct; there’s no such thing as 102%. Plus, Android manufacturers don’t show battery health information at all so far. Apple started showing it as a result of a lawsuit filed against Apple when Apple started throttling their old iPhones upon releasing software updates.
