Stretcher Leveling Processing - Alliance Steel, LLC

Показать описание
Stretcher leveling is a process that stretches material sufficiently to exceed the yield point in all its fibers, equalizing internal trapped stresses. Our Stretcher Leveling line allows us to obtain flat, stress-free material for your fabrication processes, like laser cutting, welding, notching, punching, or subsequent shearing operations.

Stretcher leveling uses a series of E-Drive Levelers to flatten and reduce crossbow (curvature) before it continues to the stretcher. When the material reaches the stretcher (shown above), clamps grab 40 feet of material and apply two million pounds of pressure, removing all internal stress and eliminating the risk for post-cutting spring back.

We are excited to offer our customers the ability to achieve laser flat sheets with Alliance quality and service behind it.
