8:25 some of these braking Technics, were used by me in Gran Turismo games, specially the GT games that had a F1 car. But I did it with most racing car's. I have practiced this technic on Australia, since i haven't even started my 1st career race because, all the time I end up touching another car and there goes my front spoiler and it won't turn. I qualified 16th.

Great video mate. Any chance u could explain/do a video on how to do a race start with no assists on. I just get no traction at all even on like 25% throttle and if I go lower than that and do get traction everyone seems to fly by me.

Thanks for the video! I've thrown myself in the deep end and turned all the assists off for an authentic F1 experience. Ill apply these tips in game and hopefully be faster with assists turned off. I just want to ask what is the best track to start on when turning off assists and how long did it take you until you finally started being consistent without assists?

I personally use the racing line to know learn where my
Braking zones are and use objects on the map or distances to know when i brake. That way I maximize it. If they have distances usually I know by now that long straights leading to a tight corner will be a braking zone at 100m monza is around 115m. For small straights leading to wider or cuter turns where I’m not able to hit gear 7 or 8 I know it’s a 75-50m braking distance. But for those that don’t have distances. I use the racing line to see any objects that are lined up where the red starts and memorize. Obvisoily don’t make it like a shadow but the end of a curb or a little pole thing idk. Whateve works for y’all

I'm too use to the braking zone assist to stop now. The only other assist I use is traction control on medium. I just cant be bothered with it completely off.

Good video. I'm having a lot of trouble accelerating out of slow speed corners. I just can't feel the grip.

I have a basic t150 wheel set . steering is ok, the cheap pedals broke once I fixed the spring and cause of these pedals I cant take traction control off and drive .
I need to up grade my hardware pedals .
