Cabinets to the ceiling. You'll hate having that void. It'll collect dust & the cabinets trimmed out well look finished & grand.

Trim above the cabinets for sure! Zelige tile is so expensive and I think it would look a little weird if it was above the cabinets - they wouldn’t look as grounded to the wall or as built in as most people like.

Cover it with trim, trust me it’s such a dust collector. I really wish I brought mine all the way up. Loving the reno ♥️

Definitely finish off your cabinets to look like they go all the way to the top to look more finished and high end. Love the tile but you honestly have plenty of it already.

Cabinets all the way to the ceiling for sure. Can you raise them all the way up? If so you can do that and then fill that space with your existing backsplash. So you can have more of a backsplash and the cabinets all the way up to the ceiling.
