So stupid I left positive feedback on a buyer and then he left me negative feedback expecting his money back and now I can’t change it anymore :( 🤷🏻‍♂️😭

Yes the person is right, but you can contact cs by going through help as the buyer and asking a senior rep in the USA only to help you message the seller to put a request in to change it. If you are a seller you cam always have it removed been there since 9-5-1995 as a seller have multiple accounts amd though they say they will not they may if yiu account pre dates 2008 people who sell on eBay and do so 9 times a month or more actually do have a little pull with ebay they can't afford to loose there outrageous fees.

Just remember to tell them there your partner before you go to curse them off and speak to a representative in the USA only

The rest will say no they can't but I assure you they will
