That seemed like a mischaracterization of Jerry Nadler’s actual response in the interview I saw. He seemed as if he has no confidence in Biden, but felt like, for now, there’s nothing we can really do. You couldn’t really get any sense of support, just resignation. Pelosi did the same thing but in a slightly gentler way.
