Who'd a thunk an 8 year old tutorial would still be useful? Well it was completely functional with some minor expected interpretations! This tutorial is awesome and I got it right on time. I tried for one week to install Joomla. At the very last stage, the installation continued indefinitely. Simply changing the max_execution_time and memory_limit did it for me.
