(for caramelized)
finely chopped apple – 1cup
sugar – ½ cup

plain yogurt ½ cup
cooking oil – 1/3 cup
flour (maida) – 1 & 1/3 cup
baking powder – ½ tbsp
cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
milk – 1cup
pinch of salt
vinegar or lemon juice – 1 tbsp

for oven : preheated oven 170c & bake for 35 to 40 mins

for caramel :
sugar – ½ cup
butter about 1 tbsp
heavy cream 1/3 cup
some walnuts on top
