Do you have any tips or drills to improve rapid or speed kicks like drill 3 in this video? I always suck at being on the ball of my foot so i lose my balance and I also have trouble with the foot placement of my kicking leg. Sometimes I land it too far back, other times I land it too close. Just can't seem to get those rapid kicks right.

Great channel and nice videos btw. Really helpful.

Hey man, could you do video on kicking, I seem to struggle with hip rotation although I noticed I get better result when I hit the back with foot and shin instead of just the shin alone - which way is correct?
