I'll admit you at least got me on the right trail I went in to the settings and went to reset the console back to factory it worked I hooked up the landline before hand and it automatically started to update from the internet

When I try to update my system software, it says that error (A DNS Server cant be used) and when I do a Internet Connection test it says the DNS is fine im only getting the error on the system software update😞 can anyone pls respond solutions?

My son has been unable to load fortnite literally for 2 weeks. I tried manually changing the DNS settings however it will not allow me to select done, I restored licenses, I've rebuilt the database, my Internet connection is full speed, I've uninstalled and reinstalled any ideas anybody???

What about when ur connected to the Internet and everything works fine! But still keep getting pop ups every 10 min telling me my interenet connection is bad.wtf do i do then?

I bought a external hard-drive and when i plugged it in I lose internet connection when i turn off the external hard-drive I can connect its driving my crazy can you help and tell me why this is happening
