My momma had ALS. People don’t know what these disease are. How my moms would see me. I would do damn near anything for her. She died two weeks prior to Christmas. Thank you for posting this. People just don’t know.

I’ve looked after many clients with this disease. From the start of their journey until the end. It’s absolutely heartbreaking.

I remember a singer songwriter named Arlo Guthrie was worried about getting because his father had it. Never did. Always great

Thank you for the info! I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge and insights. All my elders(mom, aunts, uncles) are from 74-90something. My step-dad just passed recently from Parkinson's 😢

My biggest problem with ALS is you watch your self waste away and you can’t do nothing about it. First you can’t speak ok fine write than you can’t write. my Dad was aware of everything until almost the end after his second heart attack, the third time his heart stopped was the last. See you again Daddy ❤️ you made me who I am today. I achieved so far 90% of the goals I set for myself because you made me believe I could do everything even the confidence to try them. I know my best was always enough for you. We share the same regret or wish. It saddened you your 3 children's didn’t get to meet your mother and now it saddens me your 3 grandchildren so far didn’t get to meet you. Tank you and thank God.

The Huntington's symptoms shared are similar to reactions to toxic heavy metals. The ALS symptoms match what I experience with exposure to quaternary ammonium compounds. Thankfully I know what to avoid (even though difficult).

An interesting fact for you, two of my father-in-law’s siblings developed and passed from ALS.
