Washington Cops have been VERY nice to me on my ebike. In two weeks I've had convos with two and waive at them when I ride by. All I get is smiles. I use my blinkers and don't hold up traffic 🤷🏾‍♂️ Be responsible and you're generally treated like an Adult ❤❤

I live in so cal and the people on electric bikes here drive all over the road recklessly so I’m glad when I see them get pulled but they’re mostly just teenagers so nothing happens most of the time

It just depends on the state. Like if everyone bought a sur ron and did 60 in 25 or just run red lights all day and run. Thats why they will impound and tow on sight. The reason they can is because its not an e-bike and is already illegal on the street.
