And then companies wonder why they can’t find loyal employees anymore.

They wanted to reduce inventory but they didn't tell the workers that THEY were the inventory.

I was fired by voicemail after over 5 years with a former employer. Moved on to a better situation since then but please don't think that corporations care about their employees. We are all replaceable.

This happened to my mother in 2004 she worked at the Casino here in Detroit. I went to drop her off she them called me to tell me to pick her up they were fired. Her entire department was eliminated with zero notice. These companies does not care and I learned that long ago. Prayers for all these people now unemployed 🙏🏾

The company told them that they had too much inventory, They never lied! The employees didn’t realized that they were the inventory 😮

I checked the location on Google Maps, it already shows "permanently closed". It hasn't even been 24 hrs, SMH! This is crazy. No respect for their employees at all.

People are getting tired of being blindsided by jobs that they have worked half of their lives at, and then the company turn around and tell them you don’t have a job anymore without warning or notice!

People stopped buying high end tires because the economy was so bad you can't spend 1500 on a set of pirelli tires.

What's going on with the way people are being laid off is horrible. It should be illegal.

We need to start boycotting these companies. They cannot treat people like this if we stop giving them our money.

The same thing happened in Chicago at a Pepsi plant

They won’t treat illegal criminals like that, but our American people are being treated so bad unfairly

Exactly tarriffs. We must absorb the costs if necessary to protect US jobs.

PBL sounding more and more pro-worker.

This is my type of politics instead of elite issues the political parties and media love to focus on.
