Starbase: Welcome To The Spaceport Of The Future!

(CORRECTION: Snailbrook is the name of the cluster of homes in the Boring Company’s Bastrop Texas facility)

Hello everyone and welcome to Felix's Space Time! I've been working on the research for this video for just over a month, and I'm really pleased with the result.

Along the way, I've learned so much more about the history of Boca Chica and Starbase and was wowed when I learnt that SpaceX and Elon Musk were looking at seven potential locations in 2007: Alaska, California, Florida, Texas, Virginia, Georgia and Puerto Rico.

It's amazing being able to see this site grow each and every day. Seeing the preparations for the first orbital test flight was truly inspiring watching all the people who work there come together and work towards a common goal: A fully and rapidly re-usable rocket that can take humans to the Moon, Mars and beyond!
(Yes, watching the fully stacked launch live under my desk in English during an essay was worth it 😅)

I can't wait to one day be able to plan a trip to Starbase and see with my own eyes the amazing things happening over in Texas! 🚀
