That's really good input they should include a pivot to turn the screen either a few degrees left or right or all the way on the next model

Show me what Architects would actually use for software. Revit, ArchiCAD etc... ScketchUp is used for very simple forms, not as a real tool.

You people in the comments are something else. She said she is an ARTIST and an ARCHITECT and she’s been working in the arts from 20 years and recently. So she’s a trained architect and uses that knowledge to make her art.

Sketchup is among the least graphically pleasing software for architects. Truly a shame as it fails to show off how beautiful this screen really is.

I didn't see any test happening there. All I can see is zoom in, zoom out. For the sake of test she's applying colors.

Despite the fall backs the product has or questioned with rotation of monitor or wheel not sticking to screen Microsoft stays true to it's product and listens for constructive criticism. Would be interesting to see the same engineers that built the hinge for the surface mobile like products to build a hinge for the surface studio to allow rotation.

They need a mirrorless camera cuz that shutter is loud.

girl is right. non-rotating screen is a big miss. would need at least 2 extra mechanisms to maintain the balance and spring tension while rotating though.
